Ingredients:

  • 500 g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Castor Sugar
  • 700 ml Concentrated Coconut Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Stir well and strain.
  • Heat mould in hot oil.
  • Lift mould from oil. Dip ¾ of mould into batter.
  • Return the mould (filled with batter) to hot oil and fry until slightly browned. To remove biscuit (do not take mould out from oil), shake the biscuit from mould. Deep fry until turns brown.
  • Repeat step (2) to (4) until finish the batter.
