Ingredients:

  • 500 g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour
  • 100 g Cap Kapal ABC Tapioca Starch
  • 600 ml Water
  • 800 g Sugar
  • 20 Eggs
  • 1000 ml Concentrated Coconut Milk

Steps:

  • Mix 500g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour and 100g Cap Kapal ABC Tapioca Starch with 600ml water. Stir well.
  • Add 800g sugar, 1000ml concentrated coconut milk and 20 eggs. Mix well until sugar fully dissolves. Strain twice.
  • Oil the mould (only for the first and second time). Heat mould over charcoal fire. Pour batter over mould. Place over fire till slightly browned. Scrape excess on the edge of the mould. Remove biscuit from mould. Fold biscuit while hot.
