Ingredients:

  • 70 g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour
  • 250 ml Water
  • 430 g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour
  • 30 g Star Brand Green Bean Flour
  • 30 g Cap Kapal ABC Tapioca Starch
  • 400 ml Water

Steps:

  • Mix 70g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour with 250ml water. Stir under medium heat until mixture thickens.
  • Mix 430g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour, 30g Star Brand Green Bean Flour and 30g Cap Kapal ABC Tapioca Starch with Sieve.
  • Blend mixtures of steps (1) to (2) using hands.
  • Add 400ml water to the batter. Stir well.
  • Fill a portion of batter into pump.
  • Press the batter into continuously boiling water.
  • When vermicelli is cooked, drain in cold water and toss.
