Mix 70g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour with 250ml water. Stir under medium heat until mixture thickens.
Mix 430g Erawan / Gajah Brand Rice Flour, 30g Star Brand Green Bean Flour and 30g Cap Kapal ABC Tapioca Starch with Sieve.
Blend mixtures of steps (1) to (2) using hands.
Add 400ml water to the batter. Stir well.
Fill a portion of batter into pump.
Press the batter into continuously boiling water.
When vermicelli is cooked, drain in cold water and toss.
